To allocate funds:

1) Select "Allocate Funds" under the Idea (i.e. Roads and Bridges).
2) Enter in a dollar amount to the right where it reads, "Allocation"
3) Click "Save"
4) Do the same for the other ideas
5) Once complete, click "Submit" to provide your budget allocation.
